Has anyone tried connecting PS2 to an LCD Monitor using a VGA Box?
I scraped through the internet and went through lot of head scratching while looking for the best solution. I narrowed down to these products: - XCM Mega Cool VGA Box - HD BOX PRO - High Box Component To VGA converter - Geniatech Supera Color HD/ HD Game BOX - Grandtec GPX 2000 If you have any kind of experience with these..please do share. I have arrived at a conclusion that though the most expensive, XCM Mega cool VGA Box serves the purpose. Please let me know your views on this. I want to order one soon as I am already having the Component AV cable for PS2. I have a weird LCD Monitor which is an Acer x193hq having a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. XCM supports 1280 x 720 which is one of the resolutions on my monitor. I was about to order High Box as it was the cheapest, but then I came across a very nice review by a guy who showed how bad the quality was and that it was not worth the money. So, now I am really puzzled. |
