Prima eGuides are not designed to operate on the Windows server platform.

I have the exact same error with the Dead Space guide. I tried replacing all the versions of the .dll file in the system folder and the application folder, renaming stuff, running it all as administrator etc, re-downloading the program (Prima have given me unlimited downloads while I try to fix this)

I'm on Windows 7 but have tried running it in compatibility mode on every XP and Vista version available AND in the XP window that Win7 has.

Seems all Prima have done to help is give me more download tries, they haven't actually tried to help technically.

Any thoughts.........?
